Location Not Updating
Ensure that superSky has "While Using the App" or "Always" location access enabled in iOS Settings. If you prefer not to use current location, you can still use superSky with saved locations and refresh forecasts from the Home screen.
Widget Blank or Frozen
Sometimes iOS limits background refreshes to save battery. Try opening the main superSky app to force a system-wide refresh of the widget timeline. If it persists, remove and re-add the widget to your home screen.
Weather Accuracy & Sources
superSky uses Open-Meteo for forecast data. If the data seems inaccurate, it may be due to microclimates, location precision, or temporary upstream outages. If something looks consistently wrong, send the affected city and approximate time in your message.
